How the calculator works
concentration = vial mg ÷ water mL
volume (mL) = amount (mg) ÷ concentration
units = volume × 100
Per-compound versions with preset vial sizes are on each dosage page, for example retatrutide, BPC-157, tirzepatide and the Wolverine blend.
Frequently asked questions
How do you calculate peptide dosage in mL?
Divide the amount you need (in mg) by the concentration (mg/mL). For example, 0.25 mg from a 5 mg/mL solution is 0.05 mL — 5 units on a U-100 syringe.
What syringe should I use for peptides?
Insulin-style U-100 syringes are standard because their unit markings make small volumes easy to read. 0.3 mL and 0.5 mL syringes give finer markings than 1 mL.
