GLOW blend dosage: what the research used
This page collects the doses reported in published GLOW blend research and works through the reconstitution maths for common vial sizes. It does not recommend any dose.
Doses used in published research
No literature dose exists for the blend. Because GHK-Cu dominates the mass, the share of BPC-157 and TB-500 in any measured volume is small: in a 50/10/10 vial, each 1 mg of total blend contains about 0.71 mg GHK-Cu and 0.14 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500.
GLOW blend reconstitution table
Syringe units (U-100: 100 units = 1 mL) needed for a given amount, by vial size and water volume:
| Vial | Water | Concentration | 1 mg | 2 mg | 3.5 mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 70 mg | 2 mL | 35 mg/mL | 2.9 units | 5.7 units | 10 units |
| 70 mg | 3 mL | 23.333 mg/mL | 4.3 units | 8.6 units | 15 units |
| 70 mg | 5 mL | 14 mg/mL | 7.1 units | 14.3 units | 25 units |

Handling and storage
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, adding it slowly down the vial wall and swirling rather than shaking — see the reconstitution guide. Once mixed, refrigerate at 2–8 °C; unmixed lyophilised powder keeps longest frozen (storage guide). Converting between units, mL and mg is covered in syringe units explained.
GLOW blend dosing FAQs
How much bacteriostatic water for a 70 mg GLOW blend vial?
There is no fixed amount — the volume sets the concentration. Adding 3 mL to a 70 mg vial gives 23.333 mg/mL; 2 mL gives 35 mg/mL, 3 mL gives 23.333 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 14 mg/mL.
How many units is 1 mg of GLOW blend?
At 23.333 mg/mL (70 mg in 3 mL), 1 mg is 0.043 mL, or 4.3 units on a U-100 syringe. A different water volume changes this — use the calculator above.
Is there an approved GLOW blend dose?
See the published trial doses above. Any human use of a licensed medicine should follow its prescribing information and a prescriber's advice.
What is a GLOW blend dosage chart?
A table showing how many syringe units a given amount takes at a given concentration. The reconstitution table on this page is one, calculated for 70 mg vials.
