Doses used in published research
The Russian-registered product is a 0.15% intranasal solution, used in courses of around two weeks in clinical studies. No UK dose exists.

Handling and storage
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, adding it slowly down the vial wall and swirling rather than shaking — see the reconstitution guide. How much bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg Selank vial?
There is no fixed amount — the volume sets the concentration. Adding 2 mL to a 5 mg vial gives 2.5 mg/mL; 1 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, 3 mL gives 1.667 mg/mL.
How many units is 250 µg of Selank?
At 2.5 mg/mL (5 mg in 2 mL), 250 µg is 0.1 mL, or 10 units on a U-100 syringe. A different water volume changes this — use the calculator above.
