KLOW blend dosage: what the research used

Reviewed 22 October 2026 · How we research

This page collects the doses reported in published KLOW blend research and works through the reconstitution maths for common vial sizes. It does not recommend any dose.

Doses used in published research

No literature dose. In a 10/50/10/10 vial, every 1 mg of total blend contains 0.125 mg KPV, 0.625 mg GHK-Cu and 0.125 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500.

Handling and storage

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, adding it slowly down the vial wall and swirling rather than shaking — see the reconstitution guide. Once mixed, refrigerate at 2–8 °C; unmixed lyophilised powder keeps longest frozen (storage guide). Converting between units, mL and mg is covered in syringe units explained.

KLOW blend dosing FAQs

How much bacteriostatic water for a 80 mg KLOW blend vial?

There is no fixed amount — the volume sets the concentration. Adding 3 mL to a 80 mg vial gives 26.667 mg/mL; 2 mL gives 40 mg/mL, 3 mL gives 26.667 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 16 mg/mL.

How many units is 1 mg of KLOW blend?

At 26.667 mg/mL (80 mg in 3 mL), 1 mg is 0.037 mL, or 3.8 units on a U-100 syringe. A different water volume changes this — use the calculator above.

Is there an approved KLOW blend dose?

See the published trial doses above. Any human use of a licensed medicine should follow its prescribing information and a prescriber's advice.

What is a KLOW blend dosage chart?

A table showing how many syringe units a given amount takes at a given concentration. The reconstitution table on this page is one, calculated for 80 mg vials.
