KLOW Peptide Blend

Reviewed 22 October 2026 · How we research

Also known as: KLOW peptide, KLOW 80

What is KLOW blend?

KLOW is the GLOW blend with KPV added — four peptides in one vial. The “K” stands for KPV, the anti-inflammatory tripeptide from α-MSH. The idea is to pair GLOW's repair-focused components with an inflammation-dampening one.

A common 80 mg format is 10 mg KPV, 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500, but ratios vary, so check the label.

How KLOW blend works

See the component pages. KPV reduces NF-κB inflammatory signalling; GHK-Cu supports collagen and antioxidant enzymes; BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied for angiogenesis and cell migration in repair. The four-way combination has never been studied.

What the research shows

  • KPV: mouse colitis studies showing reduced intestinal inflammation.
  • GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500: see individual pages.
  • No published research on the KLOW combination.

KLOW blend side effects

No human data for the blend or for injected KPV. Combines the uncertainties of all four components.

KLOW blend: frequently asked questions

What is KLOW peptide?

A blend of four peptides — KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 — typically sold as an 80 mg vial.

What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?

KLOW contains everything in GLOW plus KPV, an anti-inflammatory tripeptide.

Has KLOW been studied?

No. Each component has its own research, mostly in animals, but the blend has not been tested.
